COO & Chief Editor Peter O’Hara leaves Fairfax

Peter O’Hara’s old COO/Chief editor job is being expanded and split in two, and Peter has decided to part ways. This was news to me, and that’s a sad loss to Fairfax, though I trust we will see Peter bounce up somewhere else.
